I haven't been able to sleep more than 2 hours at a time for three days.

EDIT: Every time I go to pick a bone with that neighbor, they never answer their door. The sound on their TV (I'm pretty sure it's their TV) goes down or off after I knock, but they don't open the door to talk to me.

People on my Flist who haven't gone to uni yet: If you end up in the dorms, do not be this kind of neighbor. You'll likely get neighbors like them, but don't end up like that. It's bad practice if you want to get an apartment at some point, for one. for another it's just fucking rude.

Idk if the RA is in so I can whine and bitch about it, so I'm just gonna try to get some more sleep so I can work on fucking french all day today. Nnnngh...
