Yes, I've been bad about updating this thing. Needless to say, I'm getting a bit worn down at work and am starting to go Fffffff about it and of course this means I've been doing that thing I do about shirking away from well-established hang-outs on the net. I'm doing a little better now, so you guys can probably expect more responses from me--LJ or RP-wise.

Which, btw, I admit that I've been cheating on CFUD a bit. It's okay though. I'll be back and playing there hopefully sometime this weekend. I only really get times to mess around in the hours of 11AM-1:30PM and 10:30PM-whenever I crash which tends to be 4AM.

And yeah.

... mrrrh. Am a bit tired and wouldn't mind if I could FINALLY CASH IN ON MY PTO, but no. I've been here for over 100 days and I still don't have my PTO. I was told we get it after our 90 days. Hahahaha LIES. Sob. If I don't get anything in on the 15th, I'm raising a shit fit at work. Because seriously? Seriously?

Yeah, uh. More plottings for eventual move to Seattle are in the works also. Huzzah.

Best thing about work though? Can easily keep track of the New Orleans Saints' football season. 8 - 0 THIS SEASON, BABY, FUCK YEAH! \o

Final day of the week.

I seriously almost did not wake up this morning.

And my sister is a hooker for waking me up 5 minutes before my alarm. And yet... still almost did not get up.

My upper back feels like it's all knotted up and baw baw baw wanna go home and sleep but 11 more hours I can survive this, yosh.

... and then on Saturday, I have to be social with sisters. Baw baw baw. Older and younger sister expecting oldest sister and me to show up on Friday and party for two days in a row but I went, "... lol, no. I have shit to do like sleep, talk to loans people, and get my shit out of storage. UH. NO WANT PARTYING TOO OFTEN THIS WEEKEND."

Speaking of loans, my Perkins Loan will be $40 per payment starting with the first payment MArch 2010. Not too bad. Only have to pay like $3700 back (including interest). I can do this, yosh.

... now to get the Sallie Mae people to get talking to me. Since the info they mailed me IS CONFUSING AS FUCK. (payment due on 1,936? what the hell is that supposed to mean?).

YOU GUYS REMEMBER HOW I WAS THROWING A FIT ABOUT A WEEK OR SO AGO AND WAS ALL EMO AND DEPRESSED AND WHATNOT?

Big changes at work.

T-Mobile changed up their rate plans.

People on my flist with T-Mobile, feel free to comment here with any questions you may have on the changes in rate plans. By the end of the day, I will be thoroughly intimate with the Activations and Migrations details.

But the short of it goes as such:

ALL RATE-PLANS THAT HAVE BEEN OUT UNTIL NOW ARE GRANDFATHERED. YES, THIS INCLUDES THE 5 MY-FAVES.

Instead, we have new rate plans which I'll get into detail on at a later date. It's actually pretty easy to grasp.

Like I said, more details for those who ask for it.

Hilariously, I knew nothing about anything involving the rate plans when I went into work at 1:15PM CST and now suddenly I'm like the Red Hat (the person who everyone asks questions) on my team. Watch as I lolz lots and lots.

Kyaaa kyaaa chaos made into order. I do love it.

That I can find my missing name badge when I SICK AS A DOG. And yet when I'm feeling much better, I CAN'T FIND THE DAMN THING.

I found it in the couch, even held it up triumphantly for my sister to see. And then I put it with my stuff in my room. ALL OF A SUDDEN, IT IS NO LONGER THERE. Sister says not to blame kids or animals since neither really went into my room often when I was sick, BUT REALLY. I've checked under the bed, between the mattresses, all around the area if would've been near, under the 3 year old's bed in my room--NOTHING.

This is very very very frustrating. Also tiring.

EDIT: ... okay. When the FUCK did I put the name badge on my dresser? Seriously. I don't even remember. And WHY DID IT TAKE ME SO LONG TO CHECK THERE? Uuuuuugh.

Fun times fun times. am at work. exhausted already. sister was driving through horrible rain--car was hit with two tree branches, nothing broken, thankfully. still pouring rain outside.

am forcing self to eat cinnamon roll from vending machine because need the energy. also have tropicana juice. (sister thought i ate what she fixed me at home but i was too busy flailing and realizing how fucking weak i feel just walking around)

i really dunno how long i'll last today but three days in a row with calling out...

not only that but i got rained on

and my work place likes to have their AC on.

if i relapse, it's doctor time.

Little 3 year old has been sick.

Older sister was sick when I saw her.

And little sister was sick when I saw her.

I spent a whole night at a fair when it's cold out and surrounded by people.

My immune system is shot.

I have the beginnings of a cold.

And my time of the month showed up.

I may end up calling out.

Fuck it hurts to cough--in my throat and my stomach.

Saints are 4-0 this season!

They still have a game going right now but there's 9 minutes left on the clock for the 4th quarter and the score is 41 - 20. Uhuhuhu. We win this and it's a 5-0 season. >D

And next week it's the Saints vs Miami Dolphins >D >D >D

... okay, so I have nothing better to squee about beyond the fair stuff that we did yesterday and how adorable my nephew and baby niece are. And I'm currently at work, hopped up on caffeine. lol.

But yeah. WHOO SAINTS \o/

Now they just need to not bomb at the end of their season. Fuck yeah, can't wait to see how they'll do this year.

Am better today. I got store-bought sushi, chips, and ice cream and wallowed until I felt better.

... then I proceeded to continue to pester a certain person about a canon and all was well.

Today's been mind-numbing if only because I... haven't eaten today. And will be unable to until my sister picks me up. I may have to call her and plead with her to bring my wallet and I'll buy her food. Since I... forgot my wallet. Hence why I haven't eaten.

Because I found out like last night that I still had $200 in my Chase bank when I thought there was only going to be $100. S-sigh.

Am currently chewing gum to give my mouth something to do between times on the phone so I can ignore hungry feeling. Remember feeling only too well from times when I've survived on ramen and other people's good will. h-haha...

I hate being a charity case .-.

But yes. Things are getting better. I'm tired and am ready for my two day break from dealing with customers. I am actually going to try to look into seeing if I can cash in on my Paid Time Off next week since I'll have some hours accumulated from my 90 days of being here. hurhurhur.

And yet I keep trying to have a good day.

So far, I've gotten confused, newly-trained telesales dealers who think I know their systems and keep running for their supervisors, bunch of people who don't know htf to work automated system to get to the right department, getting hung up on by a dealer when he tells me he's just putting me on hold, and having to fix a huge system error with activating 2 lines on a flexpay annual--THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS WEEK I'VE HAD TO DO THIS.

And then I missed my break and now I will be out of compliance a bit (but that's okay, I got 98% on Sunday and 97% on Monday. :|b) because I KINDA NEED A BREAK.

And yet, I am still trying to be cheerful, not to think about how my mind keeps drifting back to lol negative body image. Or my inferiority complex. Or... any number of things.

... so far the only thing really cheering me up is that I've totally topped caffeinic into looking into another series |D

So it's been a while since I've written ficcage (which is a dirty dirty lie--someone kick me into putting all those starts of fics that I have locked away on my lj onto my fic journal), but it's really really been a while since I wrote for this fic series of mine.

Lol, DC/MK people on my flist may be the only ones interested.

In other news, bam bam bi dum! Slow day is slow at work and lol fun thoughts. Not. I think too much. And I'm not allowed to have pen and paper out--I NEED A JOB THAT WILL ALLOW PEN AND PAPER, DAMN IT.

Crack Theory Corner!

Okay. Points to be made.

1. Bourbon is the BO's version of Sherlock Holmes, aka Shinichi's opposite.
2. Bourbon is given his code name because he does have a liking for the drink itself.
3. Vodka states that Bourbon hates Akai Shuuichi even more than Gin.
4. There have been sightings of Akai Shuuichi in recent chapters.
5. Back in chapter 621, the following dialogue occurred:

Eisuke: "Judging from the mood, someone seems to have died... but if you haven't heard about it, then it must be all right!"
Shinichi: Yeah... it's all right.

6. Okiya Subaru shows up a chapter later, and Shinichi lets him stay at him house.
7. Haibara gets the feeling that BO is watching whenever she is near Okiya, apparently.
8. Shinichi doesn't leave anything at his house to give away information about himself and asks Ran to do the same.
9. Okiya displays deducting abilities similar to Shinichi's and seems to have a liking for the drink bourbon.
10. However, it is the supposed Akai who solves the bombing case and sends it to Kogoro via text message.
11. Both Okiya and Akai were in the building at the same time.
12. Jodie received a message from who she believes to be Akai to get out of the building because something was happening.
13. Jodie ran into Okiya during the whole bombing case.

My conclusion with all of these points?

Okiya is not who he says he is. I suspect he is Akai in disguise because Akai seems to be rather intelligent in his own right. Not only that, but he would ping Haibara because he had been a part of the BO at one point, undercover agent or not--he's sharp and has a predatory personality and doesn't let go once he starts something. Shinichi knows who he is because he was likely one of the people who helped to set up the whole thing to fake Akai's death.

So who's this Akai Shuuichi running around Beika?

I'm thinking it's Bourbon.

... yeah, lol, inorite? OF COURSE THIS WOULD BE THE WAY TO DO IT, EVERYONE DISGUISING THEMSELVES AS EACH OTHER. HOWEVER, I think there's a bit more to it than that. Vodka says that Bourbon hates Akai more than even Gin does. And Gin says that Bourbon himself is fairly secretive. Also, it's established in the most recent arc that Bourbon's already out on the prowl to recover Sherry and-or do away with her.

Now, Oriya was actually there when Jodie was harassing a sales woman to get more information on the Akai that she saw in the bank, since he wore a hat that was only specially made in that department store. Jodie's in the middle of yelling at the sales woman when Conan and co. show up and then she leaves. Soon after, Conan's group leaves and Oriya pops up and asks for information from the sales woman--why else but he may have seen Jodie yelling at her and he may have wanted information into that? Soon after, Jodie gets a warning to run and get out of the building because it's dangerous. Could this be Oriya-who-is-Akai warning Jodie about Akai-who-is-Bourbon?

Take into the fact that Gin says that Bourbon himself believes that Akai is NOT dead, because he's the only one to kill him. And the way how both Oriya and Akai have those looks whenever they notice the sniper--I'm thinking Oriya's realizing that everyone thinks the Akai there is actually the real Akai, and the Akai there is just plain amused by the idea that they think they can snipe him.

So how would this all work?

Familial relations.

Either Akai and Bourbon are twins or brothers or some other relation to each other. They may have had a falling out because of the fact that Akai was only in the BO because he was an undercover agent. Not only that, but how much do you want to bet that there's some feelings about certain women that come into play? In addition to that, there's the scar on the supposed Akai's face. I think it's reasonable to say that if they were able to fake Akai's death that well, then they wouldn't accidentally burn him as well. So that scar might've been one left on Bourbon by Akai himself.

This would also come into play why Akai would have such an involvement with BO and all this other information.

And of course, this all probably makes not one bit of sense and yet I think it's entirely plausible. It's Gosho. C'mon.

So guys, hey guys. Know I've been having a pretty godawful week?

It just got better!

I sprained my ankle today! |D

Yeah. UH. When I walking to work, my foot apparently went one way while the rest of me went the other and hahaha, I thought it was one of those moments that I have a lot because I have small ankles compared to the rest of me. Normally, I stumble and twist my ankle a bit but I walk it off and no trouble, right?

I walked to work and noticed that I wasn't able to just walk it off.

I sat down at my cubicle and after an hour or so, decided my leg was probably, most likely, swelling up, so I propped it up.

Thing is, last week T-Mobile corp peeps were all over the place at work.

This week, Startek's corp peeps were all over the place.

So I was told by no less than five people, "Trinity, put your foot down!"--while I was in the middle of calls, even! So I snapped at them as soon as I could, "I twisted my ankle and am elevating it! It's a legitimate reason!"

One lady was really nice about it. Did the whole "Oh poor baby! Here, you don't have it elevated high enough!" thing and even RAISED the chair I had my foot propped up on.

Then some dude wheeled by with a big-ass box of copy/printer/fax paper, and hefted it under my desk and went, "Prop it up there."

... note: that is not elevating my foot and did not help AT ALL.

By the end of my shift, I couldn't keep my shoe on because I wear shoes with ankle support because LOL SMALL ANKLES, so they were rubbing against swollen foot and h-hahaha sob. It hurt.

It wasn't until I hobbled my way out of work and into the truck with my oldest sister that my sister went, "It's sprained :|"

I was seriously laughing and crying about it. F-first time to ever sprain my ankle, everyone! \o/

So yeah... been icing it. Sister is gonna give me an ankle brace tomorrow and hopefully I will survive the day. I'll have to loosen my shoe tomorrow, though...

And amidst this news, I have my icon. That I made this morning. Because I love Minekura this much. Kyaaa~ ♥
